Americas Cup Sailing in Auckland – Sunday, December 12th

We started off the day with an excursion on a 1996 America’s Cup yacht (Japan) that the NZL’ders turned into an ongoing tourist event. We got to be part of the crew, which means we got to do the grunt work as grinders, oh and a little bit of steering in the wide open parts, of which there were many! It’s a pretty big bay, as in pretty and big.
